Waimakariri Floods - 22 July 2017

​In July 2017 New Zealand encountered a significant amount of rainfall, resulting in the towns of Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin and Christchurch declaring states of emergency.
I picked up some footage as I was passing through. ​This 4K resolution video documents the conditions at high tide(approx 3pm)  on the 22nd July at the following locations in the Waimakariri District:
